1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

THOOOS is a technology based discovery and connectivity platform that enables users to discover home chefs and connect with them directly.

THOOOS only facilitates discovery and order request communication between users and chefs.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use THOOOS.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Keep your login credentials secure
• • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

THOOOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate platform policies.

4. CHEF ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At launch, onboarding is limited to Home Chefs.

Professional Chefs and Bartenders may be onboarded in the future. Guidelines for them may be published in advance.

Chefs are solely responsible for:

• • Compliance with food safety laws applicable in their country
• • Holding valid licenses such as FSSAI in India where required
• • Food preparation, hygiene, packaging, pricing, delivery, and customer communication

THOOOS does not supervise or verify food preparation or quality.

5. ORDER REQUEST FLOW

THOOOS allows users to:

• • Browse menus
• • Add items to cart
• • Place an order request

THOOOS does not process payments.

After an order request is placed:

• • The chef receives the user's phone number, WhatsApp number, and selected delivery address
• • The user receives the chef's phone number and WhatsApp number

All discussions regarding:

• • Order confirmation
• • Pricing
• • Delivery
• • Payment method

Are handled directly between the user and the chef outside the platform.

6. LOCATION AND ADDRESS USAGE

THOOOS collects precise delivery address information provided by users to enable order coordination.

• • Users may save one or multiple delivery addresses
• • Selected delivery address is shared only with the chef after an order request
• • Delivery addresses are never displayed publicly

Location data is used only for platform functionality and coordination.

7. PAYMENTS

THOOOS does not collect or process payments for food orders.

Any payments for food or services are made directly between the user and the chef.

THOOOS may introduce paid platform services in the future, such as subscriptions or profile visibility tools. Such payments will apply only to platform services, not food or delivery.

8. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Users and chefs may upload content including photos, menus, and descriptions.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant THOOOS a non exclusive, royalty free license to display and promote the content within the platform.

THOOOS reserves the right to remove content that violates laws or platform guidelines.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• • Use the platform for illegal purposes
• • Misrepresent identity or qualifications
• • Upload false or misleading content
• • Harass or abuse other users
• • Misuse contact information or delivery addresses

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THOOOS is provided on an "as is" basis.

THOOOS is not liable for:

• • Food quality or safety
• • Delivery delays or failures
• • Payment disputes
• • Any loss, injury, or damage arising from interactions between users and chefs

Users engage with chefs at their own discretion and risk.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

THOOOS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community guidelines.

Users may request account deletion as per the Data Deletion Policy.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of THOOOS after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
