THOOOS is operated by DOOT, a sole proprietorship owned by Ashutosh, operating under the brand name THOOOS.
By using THOOOS, you agree to comply with this policy.

- • Food descriptions
- • Prices and availability
- • Posts or updates
- • Any other content uploaded by users or chefs

You retain ownership of all content you upload to THOOOS.
By uploading content, you grant THOOOS a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to:

- • Distribute the content as part of platform features
This license continues until the content is removed or the account is deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

- • Images representing food or services
- • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
THOOOS does not independently verify the accuracy or quality of user generated content.
4. PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following content is strictly prohibited:

- • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- • Stolen or unauthorized images
- • Offensive, abusive, or hateful material
- • Sexually explicit content
- • Content promoting illegal activities
- • Spam, scams, or misleading advertisements

5. FOOD RELATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Food images, menus, and descriptions are provided by chefs for informational purposes only.
THOOOS does not guarantee:
- • Food quality
- • Hygiene standards
- • Ingredient accuracy
- • Availability
All food related responsibility lies with the chef.
6. CONTENT MODERATION AND REMOVAL
THOOOS reserves the right to:
