1. PLATFORM ROLE
THOOOS is a technology based discovery and connectivity platform.
THOOOS does NOT:

- • Process refunds for food or services
- • Act as an agent or intermediary for payments
- • Control pricing, delivery, or fulfillment
All food orders and service arrangements are made directly between users and chefs.
2. FOOD ORDER CANCELLATION
Since THOOOS does not process food payments:
- • Order cancellations must be discussed directly between the user and the chef
- • Cancellation timing, charges, or conditions are decided mutually
- • THOOOS does not enforce or manage cancellations
3. REFUNDS FOR FOOD OR SERVICES

All refund related matters must be resolved directly between the user and the chef.

- • Promotional or visibility tools
Refund eligibility for such platform services, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and governed by the terms applicable to those services.
5. DISPUTES
THOOOS does not intervene in disputes related to:

- • Delivery delays
- • Payment disagreements
Users interact with chefs at their own discretion and risk.
